Offered year-round, registration is filling up for our Junior, Girls, and Co-Ed Youth Programs.
Our Junior (7 years of age and up — Special Consideration for younger), Co-Ed Youth, and Girls Youth classes are led by Boxing Ontario, Nationally Certified Coaches, including international Olympic-level official Jennifer Huggins and Head Coach Virgil Barrow, who earlier this year led Team Ontario to the Youth Nationals at Canada Cup. Together, this dynamic duo provides a safe and inspiring environment for youth to explore the sport they love.
During these programs, participants can expect to learn the technical movements and mechanics of boxing while being physically challenged in a whole new way. With nearly 20 years of incredible success, these classes have become some of our most popular programs, suitable for all fitness levels. We look forward to welcoming returning boxers year after year and opening our doors to new participants eager to share in the experience.

ℹ️ PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:
[NORSEMAN] Co-Ed Youth Boxing Programs (Ages 12-17) These classes are geared toward all teens — This program runs nearly every day and is appropriate for all fitness and experience levels.
[NORSEMAN] YOUTH TECHNICAL BOXING CLASSES (INVITATIONAL) This program is geared toward youth athletes with intermediate to advanced skills looking to take boxing to the next level. Currently we offer this program weekly every Monday and Thursday at 5pm.
[NORSEMAN] Girls Youth Boxing Classes (Ages 11-17). This program is geared toward girls and is appropriate for all fitness and experience levels. We currently offer this classed weekly every Monday at 6:15 pm.
Special Note About Our Girls Teen Program:
The Girls Youth Boxing Classes are run by Canadian National Coach and 3-Star International Referee, Jennifer Huggins. After recognizing the incredible impact the sport has had on her life, she felt it was necessary to share her passion with the youth of the community. The girls who participate in this class learn the technical components of boxing and are given an opportunity to explore their confidence in ways that will help them in all walks of life.
☑️ CLASS RESERVATION & ENROLMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1 – Reserve Classes Now: All Junior and Youth Boxing Programs are accessible through drop-in classes. Simply use the “Reserve Classes” link and navigate to the class dates you would like to reserve. The system will guide you through the booking process.
OPTION 2 – Request Ongoing Enrolment: If there’s one or more class want to enrol for weekly, we can arrange ongoing enrolment. You can cancel the class reservation within 24 hours of the class without losing a session.
ALREADY REGISTERED? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…
ALL BOXING PROGRAMS ARE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:
- Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the session starts.
- To avoid loss of session, if you cannot make the session, please cancel through account or reply on the confirmation email – minimum 12 hours in advance.
- Account Login: Ensure your information is updated so we can communicate any updates
WHAT TO BRING
- Boxing Gloves & Wraps – In the case that you do not have equipment yet, please order online prior to your session: Buy Now
- Come dressed and ready to train, including your workout shoes. Also ensure you have wrapped your hands before the start: How to wrap
- Bring a full water bottle
- Avoid bringing large bags, we know you may be coming from school, so we will have cubbies
