On Saturday, July 12, the gloves were laced, the lights were bright, and the energy was electric as Fight Night Vol. 2 lit up Toronto’s West End, turning up the intensity and raising the bar for what a community-driven boxing event can be.

Building on their success in charity running, The Rookie Division launched the FTEC Fitness Games, showcasing their unwavering commitment to ending cancer in our lifetime — now it’s your turn to join the movement and make every rep count!
The FTEC Fitness Games features a variety of events designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork. Inspired by First Responder fitness tests and enhanced with six engaging challenges.

This 5-day intensive camp is tailored for youth aged 12-18 who are passionate about learning the techniques, tactics, and potential of competition in Olympic-Style Boxing. Our Boxing Camps are led by Boxing Ontario Nationally Certified Coaches, Officials, and supported by licensed competitive boxers.

Step into the ring of strength with this high-performance small group circuit class, held in Kingsway Boxing’s state-of-the-art, air-conditioned Ali Studio, led by Mitchell Cairns. Mitchell brings the same discipline and energy he applies in his own training to every session—tailoring circuits to challenge all levels while keeping the atmosphere focused, safe, and motivating.
