It’s been an incredibly busy and meaningful few weeks at Kingsway Boxing, and we’re excited to share a full update with all of you.
This is one of the first major updates since our rebuild efforts over the past few months, and we want to begin with the most important message:

📆 Holiday Day Schedule – Dec. 24 – Jan. 4
We’re open every day throughout the holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s Day, with a special holiday schedule in effect.

Fight Night Is Saturday Mar. 7!
Originally planned for the end of this year, we’ve moved Fight Night Vol. 3 to Spring 2026 to avoid the Nationals season and the holiday rush, and to give everyone the chance to enjoy it without competing commitments.
Our Fight Night events have always filled up quickly, and this one will be no different — especially with a limited number of VIP tickets available for the first time.

This 5-day intensive camp is tailored for youth aged 12-18 who are passionate about learning the techniques, tactics, and potential of competition in Olympic-Style Boxing. Our Boxing Camps are led by Boxing Ontario Nationally Certified Coaches, Officials, and supported by licensed competitive boxers.

👊 STRIKEBACK BOXING AND STRENGTH PROGRAM
The StrikeBack Boxing & Strength Program is a specialized fitness initiative designed to help individuals combat the challenges of Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions through the empowering discipline of boxing.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING with Crystal Chen
If you’re looking to improve your sport performance, increase your cardiovascular fitness, build muscle and tone your core, then this class is for you.
This class is developed for every age and fitness level and each class is varied so you won’t plateau or become bored with the workout.

Ali Studio Strength Circuit with Mitchell Cairns
Step into the ring of strength with this high-performance small group circuit class, held in Kingsway Boxing’s state-of-the-art, air-conditioned Ali Studio, led by Mitchell Cairns. Mitchell brings the same discipline and energy he applies in his own training to every session—tailoring circuits to challenge all levels while keeping the atmosphere focused, safe, and motivating.
Whether you’re training for performance or just looking to get stronger and more confident, this class will push you to your next level.

A Heartfelt Thank You For Supporting Team Kingsway!
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for contributing to Andrea “Badass” Young’s fundraiser and supporting the Team KBC Fund. Whether you trained alongside her, donated online, or helped spread the word, your generosity made a real and immediate difference. Her teammates Kwasi and Quentin also stepped in to support the initiative, reflecting the unity and commitment that define our growing Kingsway family.
That support was felt on the national stage this past week. Team Kingsway represented both our club and our province with pride at the 2025 Elite Nationals, demonstrating not only competitive excellence but the resilience, professionalism, and integrity we strive to instill in every athlete. As our program continues to grow, we’re humbled to see Kingsway boxers earning recognition nationally and internationally—proof of what a dedicated community can build together.
Your contributions ensured Andrea, Kwasi, and Coach Virgil Barrow were fully supported throughout the week in Winnipeg, allowing them to stay focused on their performances and development.

[POST-EVENT RELEASE] KINGSWAY BOXING FIGHT NIGHT VOL. 2: THIS ONE HIT DIFFERENT
On Saturday, July 12, the gloves were laced, the lights were bright, and the energy was electric as Fight Night Vol. 2 lit up Toronto’s West End, turning up the intensity and raising the bar for what a community-driven boxing event can be.
