It’s been an incredibly busy and meaningful few weeks at Kingsway Boxing, and we’re excited to share a full update with all of you.
This is one of the first major updates since our rebuild efforts over the past few months, and we want to begin with the most important message:

[SUN. DEC 7] 2026 COMPETITION AND SPARRING MEDICALS
Fight Team Doctor, Dr. Venturi, will be onsite at the Kingsway Boxing Club for a special boxer medical session. To help with managing flow, you will be contacted with an arrival timeframe, please ensure you arrive on time but not more than 5 mins early.

Kingsway Boxing 20-Year Anniversary & Holiday Thank You Party
We’re inviting our entire community to reconnect and raise a glass to what we’ve built together. Bring your family, friends, and colleagues as we gather in gratitude and celebrate 20 years of Kingsway Boxing.
We will also be collecting donations under our Giving Tree until December 20 for families in need, including non-perishables, warm clothing, children’s essentials, and winter items.

Fight Night Is Saturday Mar. 7!
Originally planned for the end of this year, we’ve moved Fight Night Vol. 3 to Spring 2026 to avoid the Nationals season and the holiday rush, and to give everyone the chance to enjoy it without competing commitments.
Our Fight Night events have always filled up quickly, and this one will be no different — especially with a limited number of VIP tickets available for the first time.

🥊 NEW CLASSES ADDED! Drop-In Classes are offered every day of the week at two locations.
From Junior, Youth and Adult Boxing Classes to Yoga, Kickboxing, Contrast Therapy, Nutrition, and a Free Fundamental Class every Saturday for all levels, we’ve got it all!

This 5-day intensive camp is tailored for youth aged 12-18 who are passionate about learning the techniques, tactics, and potential of competition in Olympic-Style Boxing. Our Boxing Camps are led by Boxing Ontario Nationally Certified Coaches, Officials, and supported by licensed competitive boxers.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING with Crystal Chen
If you’re looking to improve your sport performance, increase your cardiovascular fitness, build muscle and tone your core, then this class is for you.

Ali Studio Strength Circuit with Mitchell Cairns
Step into the ring of strength with this high-performance small group circuit class, held in Kingsway Boxing’s state-of-the-art, air-conditioned Ali Studio, led by Mitchell Cairns. Mitchell brings the same discipline and energy he applies in his own training to every session—tailoring circuits to challenge all levels while keeping the atmosphere focused, safe, and motivating.
Whether you’re training for performance or just looking to get stronger and more confident, this class will push you to your next level.

On Saturday, July 12, the gloves were laced, the lights were bright, and the energy was electric as Fight Night Vol. 2 lit up Toronto’s West End, turning up the intensity and raising the bar for what a community-driven boxing event can be.

This Summer Break, from July 14–18, the Kingsway Boxing Youth Development Camp welcomed a full roster of future champions. Eager participants of all skill levels laced up their gloves and dove into the fundamentals of Olympic-style boxing.
