High Performance Yoga

This Yoga Series will focus on slow flow hatha yoga for recharging, refreshing and restoring. Move slowly and purposefully from posture to posture, taking time to breathe while quieting your mind.
Each individual sport has very different demands, we also offer Beginner and Sport Specific Yoga which provides athletes with training and tools that will allow them to excel in their chosen field.
