Yoga provides athletes with training and tools that will allow them to excel in their chosen field. This 1 hour pilates inspired class will target the abdominals, back, butt & leg muscles. The focus will be on increasing body awareness, strength & stability in the core using breath, body weight.
Each individual sport has very different demands, we also offer Beginner and Sport Specific Yoga which provides athletes with training and tools that will allow them to excel in their chosen field.
