[COVID Protocols] “I’m Not Feeling 100%… What Now?”
Posted onAs we build routines, return to work and regular routines, it’s important to continue keeping our community safe! Please be aware of any possible symptoms and contact us if you’re unsure.
Our staff, trainers and coaches continue to following strict protocols; limiting contact, personally COVID testing, testing all competitive team before close contact and ensuring the overall safety of our clients. In addition to cleaning in between clients and classes, a deep clean and sanitization of all locations are conducted at the beginning and end of each day.
Thank you for your support!
I’m Not 100%… What Next?
1 FIRST RESPONSE: Please cancel your next visit(s)
We’re all in this together. Please protect your KBC Family and the community by staying home if you or someone in your household is feeling unwell. Flu season is also on the horizon so we need to keep extra vigilant.
⚠️ WHEN TO CANCEL YOUR NEXT VISIT:
- If you are not feeling 100% — Please cancel even if you have received a negative COVID test. Our trainers and coaches are not allowed to work if they catch even a mild cold. We need your help to stay open.
- Are you or a family member quarantining from school or work? If you, your child or someone in your household is quarantining due to a close contact at school or within the workplace.
2 STEP 2: CONTACT PUBLIC HEALTH IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
Public Health will advise if you should quarantine or take the next step to get tested for COVID-19. Public Health can be reached by phone: 1-866-797-0000.
3 STEP 3: IF YOU TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
You must quarantine a minimum of 5 days and be symptom free before returning to training. If you would like to arrange a Rapid Antigen Test before your next visit, we can help execute this on location. This regulation may vary as legislation changes. If you’re unsure of your ability to return within the protocols, please contact us.
