As a certified holistic nutritionist and fitness coach, she combines evidence-based nutrition with personalized fitness programs to help her clients create lasting results — without extremes, guilt, or burnout.

Nataliya Knyaz is a former European Champion, 8-time National Boxing Champion, and four-time World Championship competitor. She represented the Ukrainian National Team for eight years, competing at the highest level of international boxing.
With over 20 years dedicated to the sport, more than 100 bouts in the ring, and experience as a National-Level Boxing Official, Nataliya brings elite technical knowledge, discipline, and fight-tested resilience to her coaching.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Holistic Nutritionist with over nine years of coaching experience, Nataliya understands that performance is built both inside and outside the gym. She combines boxing, strength training, and strategic nutrition to optimize conditioning, recovery, body composition, and overall athletic output.
Her coaching is technical, structured, and results-driven — integrating training and nutrition as one system to help both competitive athletes and dedicated individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term progress.
Nataliya is a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP), and her nutrition services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your provider.
