KBC Fight Team Fund

Behind every champion stands a community.

Join The Fight and support Team Kingsway Boxing today. Every contribution helps our athletes on their journey to represent Canada — with goals set on the National Championships, World Championships, and ultimately, the Olympic Games.

At Kingsway Boxing Club, our competitive team continues to grow — producing athletes who proudly represent our sport and club through provincial, national, and international pathways. These boxers dedicate countless hours to training, often balancing school, work, and travel in pursuit of excellence.

Amateur boxing, however, receives very little financial support. Unlike professional sports, there are no funding pools for training or competition expenses. From registration fees and travel to equipment and medicals, nearly every cost falls on the athletes and their families. Each step forward — from the Ontario Provincials to the Canadian Nationals and beyond — brings not only tougher competition but also greater financial strain.

Our volunteer coaching team plays a vital role in this journey — investing their own time, resources, and experience to guide athletes at every stage. Coaches cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, ensuring athletes are never without support in the corner. Their commitment reflects the heart of our program: passion, mentorship, and belief in the next generation.

To help sustain this growth, we’ve launched the Team Fund — a way to reduce financial barriers for both our athletes and the volunteers who help make their success possible. After more than 20 years of personally covering these expenses, we’re building a system that keeps our athletes competing, learning, and achieving their goals with the full backing of their team behind them.

Your support helps keep Kingsway Boxing athletes in the ring and on the path toward their dreams. Every donation directly supports travel, training, and competition opportunities — and all donors are automatically entered into our Team Kingsway Raffle, featuring prizes from our amazing sponsors and community partners.
