Celebrate with hours of movement, connection and party fun. From kids’ birthdays and family gatherings to adult celebrations and team events, choose a private space you can make your own, a coached boxing experience or a fully arranged celebration. Customize your event with age-appropriate activities, catering, cake, balloon décor and bartender service with a consumption bar.

🥊 Lightweight — The Space Is Yours

Create your own celebration in a private Kingsway Boxing Club setting. Ideal for families who want to arrange their own food, decorations and entertainment.
Your package includes:
- Exclusive use of the designated party space for three hours
- A layout arranged for your celebration, with space for food, cake and socializing
- A welcome and venue orientation
- One event monitor (providing help on-site during event)
- An additional 60 minutes before the party for setup and 60 minutes afterward for packing up
- Standard venue cleaning following the event
You bring the party details: Arrange your own catering, drinks, snacks, cake, decorations and entertainment—or choose from our add-ons.
Boxing instruction, the toddler play section and the bouncy castle are additional. Boxing equipment may only be used during an approved coached activity.
🥊🥊 Middleweight — Boxing, Play & Pizza
$1,350 | Three-hour party with food and fun
Includes up to 10 children • Additional children: $25 each
Bring the energy with an active birthday celebration filled with games, playtime and birthday favourites. Enjoy plenty of time for fun, food, cake and breaks throughout the party.
Includes everything in Lightweight, with a 10-child package allowance, plus:
- A dedicated toy and play section for children ages 1–4
- Bouncy castle for children ages 1–6
- 1 party sized pizza, juice boxes and an individual snack for 10 children
- Basic plates, cups and napkins for the children’s food service
A good fit for: Smaller groups who want activities alongside time to play and celebrate.
Each additional-child charge includes activities, pizza, a juice box and a snack. If more than 10 children participate in boxing, an additional coach is required at $150 for the party.

Two coaches provide more individual attention, support small-group activities and keep the celebration moving.
Includes:
- Three-hour private party-space rental
- Dedicated boxing coach throughout the party
- Boxing basics, movement challenges and age-appropriate games
- Opportunities to divide activities by age or experience
- Toy and play section for ages 1–4
- Bouncy castle for ages 1–6
- Pizza, juice boxes and an individual snack for 12 children
- Basic plates, cups and napkins
- An additional 60 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes afterward for packing up
- Standard venue cleaning
A good fit for: Larger groups, mixed ages or families who want extra coaching attention.
1 coach supports up to 10 boxing participants. Additional-child charges include activities, pizza, a juice box and a snack.

🏆 Superheavyweight — The Complete Celebration
$2,000 | Three-hour party with setup, decorations, cake and bar service
Includes up to 20 children • Additional children: $25 each
Arrive ready to celebrate. We arrange the party space, decorations, children’s food and birthday cake, with two boxing coaches keeping the activities moving and a bartender serving your adult guests.
Includes everything in Heavyweight, plus:
- Full setup of all included party elements, ready before guests arrive
- Coordinated table coverings, plates, cups and napkins
- Basic balloon bouquets, a personalized birthday sign and cake-table styling in your chosen colours
- A classic personalized birthday cake serving approximately 12–15 guests
- Setup and service of the included children’s pizza, juice boxes and snacks
- Coordination of pizza and cake time by the party team
- One boxing coach for the full three-hour party
- One dedicated bartender for the full three-hour party, including bar setup and cleanup
- A hosted consumption bar with a beverage selection agreed upon before the event
- Standard bar ice, mixers, garnishes, beverage napkins and disposable drinkware
- Cleanup and removal of the included decorations after the celebration
Bar beverages are charged separately according to consumption. The $2,000 package includes the bartender and standard bar setup; it does not include alcoholic or other bar beverages. A $250 minimum beverage spend applies. (Customer may opt out of the bar package all together if they do not wish to have this service)
Minimum total with bar consumption: $2,250 before tax. Set a bar spending limit or use drink tickets to manage your budget.
A good fit for: Families who want the main party arrangements handled, with activities for the children and refreshments available for the adults.
Additional children receive activities, pizza, a juice box and a snack. Larger cakes, adult catering, elaborate balloon installations and custom themes are quoted separately.

The birthday child counts toward the package allowance. Additional-child charges for coached packages include the package activities, pizza, a juice box and a snack.
Coaching ratio: One coach per 10 boxing participants. Any required additional coach is $150 for the three-hour party, separate from additional-child charges.
Adult Guests
- Accompanying parents and guardians attend at no additional admission charge, within the venue’s confirmed capacity.
- Confirm both your child and adult guest counts when booking. All guests count toward total occupancy.
- Children’s package food does not include meals or refreshments for adults. Adult pizza, catering and beverages can be ordered separately.
- Bar drinks are charged separately, including with Superheavyweight.
- Adults remain responsible for supervising the children in their care. Boxing coaches lead activities and do not replace parent or guardian supervision.

Bar & Beverage Service
Bartender — $300 per party
Includes three hours of service, bar setup and cleanup, and standard bartending tools. Beverages and supplies are additional unless included in the consumption-bar arrangement below.
Included in Superheavyweight. Additional bartender service: $75/hour.
Hosted Consumption Bar — Drinks Charged as Served
Choose your menu in advance and pay for the drinks served. Standard ice, mixers, garnishes, beverage napkins and disposable drinkware are included.

A $250 minimum beverage spend applies, separate from the bartender fee or package price. If consumption falls below $250, the minimum applies.
For Lightweight, Middleweight and Heavyweight, add the $300 bartender fee. Superheavyweight already includes that fee.
Alcohol service is subject to venue authorization and applicable service requirements. Additional permits, specialty supplies or rentals will be identified in the booking quote.

Activities are adapted to the children’s ages, energy and interests.
Booking Notes
- Confirm final child and adult guest counts seven days before the party. Charges are based on the confirmed count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
- Confirm allergies, dietary requirements and food portions before booking.
- Boxing coaches lead boxing activities. Separate supervision must be arranged for the bouncy castle and toddler play area; required attendants are quoted separately.
- Setup access, equipment, decorations and additional time are subject to availability.
- Any upgrades, additional staffing and applicable extra charges will be listed in your booking quote.
