We are excited to welcome Phaedra Kennedy and her expertise to the team!
Phaedra is a certified personal trainer and run coach whose mission is to inspire and guide her clients towards a love of movement. She is a lifelong endurance athlete who has raced every distance from 5 km to Ironman. She believes the key to longevity in sport and in life can be found with strength training.
Certifications: CanFitPro PTS, DTS Level 1, DTS Barbell Coach, NAASFP Certified Run Coach, NCCP Community Coach (Triathlon)
