MEET PHAEDRA KENNEDY– High Performance Trainer | Run Coach
Phaedra is a certified personal trainer and run coach whose mission is to inspire and guide her
clients towards a love of movement. She is a lifelong endurance athlete who has raced every
distance from 5 km to Ironman.
She believes the key to longevity in sport and in life can be found with strength training. Her classes are designed to increase strength and improve mobility because as she likes to say “life is more enjoyable when you move well!”
