Shaoli Trivedi | Physiotherapist

Shaoli is a dedicated healthcare professional who specializes in optimizing physical function and mobility, focusing on non-invasive techniques to aid in recovery, pain management, and overall health improvement. Her primary goal is to assess, diagnose, and treat physical impairments, disabilities, and injuries across a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.Shaoli utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including:

  • Manual Therapy: Hands-on techniques to mobilize and manipulate muscles and joints, relieve pain, and enhance flexibility.
  • Exercise Prescription/Assigned Care: Personalized exercise programs designed to restore strength, improve balance, and prevent future injuries.

Alex Bombska | Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine

Alex is a talented acupuncturist and long time practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), uniquely blending scientific and holistic approaches in her practice. Originally from Poland, she studied biochemistry before discovering her passion for holistic eastern medicine, allowing her to merge her deep understanding of the body’s biochemistry with the principles of TCM.

Specializing in skeletal muscle injuries, gut health, and allergies, Alex focuses on balancing the body’s nervous system and supporting key organ systems, collectively known as “chi,” using a blend of tailored acupuncture and in many cases a customized prescription of traditional herbs to promote optimal health and wellness. Her individualized care addresses the root causes of health issues, empowering her clients to achieve their wellness goals. With a commitment to fostering balance and healing, Alex is dedicated to guiding her patients on their journey to vibrant energy levels and overall health.


Jerry Oei | Clinic Director

Jerry is dedicated to creating treatment plans that tackle the root causes of pain and discomfort. With over a decade of experience working personal fitness, athletic performance, and injury rehabilitation, he is also a lifelong athlete and martial artist. He studied Kinesiology and holds an Advanced Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion complements to complement his experience.As a Certified Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach, as well as a Licensed Neural Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Jerry takes a holistic approach to overcoming challenges, emphasizing manageable strategies for improvement. He is passionate about empowering others to achieve their health and movement goals. “You are the athlete of your own life; the better you move and feel, the better you perform. Nina Guzina | Clinic Director, Registered Kinesiologist:

Having been an athlete herself, Nina is our go-to kinesiologist for all your athletic injury and active rehabilitation needs. By assessing patient’s movement patterns through activity, Nina is best able to strengthen, mobilize, and facilitate imbalances and injuries. She finds nothing more satisfying than watching the confidence of patients rise within themselves and their bodies as they conquer new goals both in the gym and out. Aside from working with athletes, her passion is working with neurological injuries such as traumatic spinal cord injuries and stroke. Working within the patient’s limitations, through specific movement programming, she loves watching patient’s push boundaries that they never thought possible.

Nina prides herself in running the clinic on an active care approach – healing the body through movement. With exercise being one of the only natural elements to chronically reduce inflammation in the body, she encourages all patients to continue an active lifestyle pre, post and during treatment.
