![]() | Charlie Page | High Performance Instructor After 10 years sitting at a desk as a tax accountant Charlie redirected her life path and became a fitness instructor, personal trainer and life coach. While participating in triathlons, long distance running and adventure races Charlie worked as a fitness instructor for 8 years and a personal trainer at various gyms. Realizing that it takes more than a healthy body to be healthy, she started her business, Power4Teens in 2013. The program is designed to promote a healthy mind, body and soul for youth. She calls P4T a business of proactive mental wellness. While growing her business and going back to school she became a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in 2017. Her speciality is working with youth with a range of lifestyle and mental health issues and with adults specialising in relationships, weight loss and healthy living. Charlie is an enthusiastic soccer player, snowboarder and recreational runner who uses her humour to help get you through painful durations of burpees or jump squats. Her classes are high energy with a mixed focus on cardio and muscle conditioning. |

She loves to have a balance of ease and difficulty in her yoga classes, which make her classes a soothing experience for the mind, body, and soul. He supports his clients by helping to maintain balance through their health and is a firm believer in the mind-body connection. Mark offers a variety of Massage Therapy methods, including recovery, hydrotherapy, and acupressure with each session personalized to meet individual preferences and needs. His experience with diverse levels of athletes, as well as patients with acquired brain injuries has enabled him to provide care through rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and injury prevention. To further develop his knowledge, Mark is currently attending the Canadian College of Osteopathy to further develop his understanding of the body’s different systems. |
