  • The Workout: With the incorporation of fun boxing drills, the bootcamp will include a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement exercises. You will get EVERYTHING you need!
  • Time Efficient Training. Our classes are 60 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
  • NEVER Plateau! The body hates change! It would much rather do the same thing every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” Throughout our classes we utilize the principle of muscle confusion. Charlie Page | Program Director

After 10 years sitting at a desk as a tax accountant Charlie redirected her life path and became a fitness instructor, personal trainer and life coach.

While participating in triathlons, long distance running and adventure races Charlie worked as a fitness instructor for 8 years and a personal trainer at various gyms. Realizing that it takes more than a healthy body to be healthy, she started her business, Power4Teens in 2013. The program is designed to promote a healthy mind, body and soul for youth. She calls P4T a business of proactive mental wellness. While growing her business and going back to school she became a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in 2017. Her speciality is working with youth with a range of lifestyle and mental health issues and with adults specialising in relationships, weight loss and healthy living.

Charlie is an enthusiastic soccer player, snowboarder and recreational runner who uses her humour to help get you through painful durations of burpees or jump squats. Her classes are high energy with a mixed focus on cardio and muscle conditioning.

Colleen Layug | Bootcamp Coach

Colleen is a high-energy group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has worked with all age groups including seniors and children. Colleen loves teaching a variety of exciting, motivational fitness classes, and training clients to push their bodies to their personal limits. She has a passion for fun and believes that fitness should be enjoyed, not dreaded. Away from fitness, you will find Colleen spending time at home prepping nutritious meals for her husband and nine year old son.
