Inferno Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Boxing exercise. It combines cardio, muscle toning and is performed on a yoga mat & towel in a slightly heated room with energetic music! Inferno Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Classes will include light weights. Both Men & Women love it!

  • Time Efficient Training. Our classes are 60 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out. Andre will keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
